Cleaning Operative

We're looking for a reliable Cleaning Operative to join the on site team at a residential development in London, keeping apartments and communal areas clean, safe and well presented.

You'll cover everything from corridors, stairwells and lifts to toilets, offices and outside areas. You'll also be a friendly face for residents, so good customer service matters as much as cleaning ability.

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years cleaning experience
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe disposal
• Confident, friendly, and happy working independently
• Good communication and a team-player attitude
• Smart, well-presented appearance

Desirable:

• A cleaning qualification such as BICSc
• Knowledge of COSHH procedures
