Talent Enablement Coordinator

Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with experience supporting HR, talent, learning and development, or people-focused teams to join us as our Talent Enablement Coordinator.

In this role, you will support a wide range of learning, development, wellbeing and talent initiatives that help our colleagues grow, thrive and deliver lasting impact for children.

NOTE: This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

About the role

As Talent Enablement Coordinator, you will provide high-quality coordination, administration and project support across our Talent Enablement Team. Supporting learning and development, wellbeing and wider people / Human Resources (HR) initiatives, you will help ensure colleagues have a positive and seamless experience when accessing our systems and services.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate learning and development activities, including inductions, workshops, coaching and mentoring programmes.
• Provide excellent administrative support across learning, wellbeing and talent initiatives, ensuring a positive colleague experience.
• Maintain accurate records, systems and data, producing reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Manage queries, shared inboxes, invoices and operational processes efficiently and professionally.
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvements to processes, systems and ways of working.

About you

To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Some experience working in a HR, People, Talent, Learning & Development, or similar administrative/coordinator role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, records and digital systems.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with enthusiasm for learning new skills and bringing fresh ideas.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and other digital systems.
• Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission and values.

Location & Ways of Working:

The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but at times you will be required to come to your contracted office (usually between 2-4 days per month, depending on the needs of your role, team, or service). For many roles, this is likely to be the minimum required to deliver impact.

This will be discussed and agreed with your manager / team and we encourage candidates to discuss our ways of working in more detail at interview stage.

Please note: travel costs to your contracted office will be at your own expense.
