The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging learning activities, provide targeted pupil support and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

Based in Croydon, this role offers the opportunity to take on responsibility within the classroom while developing your professional skills through ongoing education and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Lead small-group and targeted learning sessions.
• Provide individual support to pupils who require additional assistance.
• Help monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment.
• Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and families.

We are looking for a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education and committed to helping pupils succeed. Previous experience in a teaching assistant or classroom support role is desirable, alongside strong communication and organisational skills.
