Senior Lettings Consultant

Collins Property Recruitment are recruiting for one of London's most successful and esteemed independent Estate Agencies and have been tasked with finding them a Senior Lettings Consultant for their market leading business.

To be successful, you must have the following attributes:

• Have previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• London property experience
• Be articulate, with excellent communication skills
• Be hungry and driven to succeed
• Have a proven and demonstrable track record of consistently achieving targets
• Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active attitude and always maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach

In return, the Sales Negotiator will receive the following:

• £25,000 - £30,000 Basic salary
• Generous commission structure
• £80,000 OTE
• Monday - Friday
• Access to office parking
