Are you a passionate talent acquisition leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, identifying exceptional talent, and driving strategic workforce growth?

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop our Talent Acquisition function, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce across the College.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who combines strategic vision with operational excellence. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact on how we attract, recruit and retain outstanding talent, while contributing to the delivery of our wider people strategy through strong partnerships with leaders across the organisation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify workforce priorities, anticipate future talent needs, and develop innovative recruitment strategies that ensure we attract the skills and capabilities required for continued success. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practice, market trends, talent availability and employer branding.

About The Role

As an inspirational people leader, you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. You will bring a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment outcomes across a broad range of business functions, with expertise in direct sourcing, executive search, agency management, candidate engagement and offer negotiation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Significant experience leading a successful Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function.
  • A proven ability to develop and implement effective talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, talent pipelining, executive recruitment and agency management.
  • A data-driven approach to improving recruitment performance and workforce planning.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and promoting inclusive recruitment practices.
