The successful candidate will be proactive, ambitious and commercially minded, with the confidence to identify and maximise sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

You'll work closely with the wider team to generate and win new business, negotiate offers and consistently achieve and exceed personal and branch targets.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Conducting property viewings and matching buyers to suitable properties
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Generating new business and identifying opportunities to increase instructions
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Maintaining regular contact with applicants and providing excellent customer service
• Working towards and exceeding individual and branch sales targets

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential estate agency sales experience
• Proven sales and negotiation ability
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Proactive, ambitious and self-motivated approach
• Ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities
• Knowledge of the Hackney and Shoreditch property market would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
