If you're a qualified Dispensing Optician who loves patient care but wants something beyond the same practice day after day, our Pulse Team could be the perfect fit.

As a Mobile Dispensing Optician, you'll support Leightons practices across Surrey and the surrounding area, bringing your expertise, personality and patient-first approach wherever it's needed most.

You'll enjoy the flexibility of working across multiple locations, meeting new colleagues, supporting different communities and experiencing a variety of practice environments, all while delivering the exceptional care Leightons is known for.

No two days are ever quite the same.

What is the Pulse Team?

Our Pulse Team is the heartbeat of Leightons.

These specialist mobile colleagues provide support across our network, covering annual leave, additional clinics, new store initiatives and short-term practice requirements.

To give you flexibility without the worry of excessive travel, we'll create a dedicated territory around your home address. You'll only be expected to travel to Leightons practices within approximately 90 minutes of home, providing support where your expertise is needed most.

To keep you moving, we'll provide either a company car or travel allowance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines professional expertise with a genuine passion for helping people.

You'll be:

• A fully qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care

• A confident and engaging communicator

• Customer-focused and consultative in your approach

• Comfortable working across multiple practices and teams

• Adaptable, organised and self-motivated

• In possession of a full UK driving licence
