• Build and maintain positive working relationships with transport providers, warehouses, couriers, and customers.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership and ensuring things get done efficiently.

You will ideally have:

• At least 2 years' proven experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar logistics role.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage and track multiple shipments and processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and IT skills.
• Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
• Experience working with international shipments, customs documentation, and European logistics would be desirable.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a key part of our supply chain, work with international partners, and make a real contribution to the smooth running of our business.

If you are an organised, proactive logistics professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent results, we would love to hear from you.
