Description

• Lead business development and originate buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities
• Build and maintain senior relationships across the Business Services sector
• Advise clients on strategic transactions from initial review through to completion
• Deliver high-quality M&A execution across the full deal lifecycle
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to growth strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Corporate Finance business
• Mentor, develop and support a high-performing advisory team
• Represent the M&A Director (Business Services) function at meetings, events and client engagements

Profile

The Successful Applicant

• Significant M&A advisory experience within Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
• Proven track record originating and winning M&A mandates
• Strong deal execution experience across buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Experience within the Business Services sector is highly desirable
• Excellent financial analysis and financial modelling capabilities
• Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams

Job Offer

• Salary range of £140,000 to £200,000 per annum
