An exceptional and highly inclusive school in Central London is seeking an ambitious Inclusion Leader to join its senior team from September. Located in the highly accessible WC1 postcode area, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within a forward-thinking and community-focused school that places student wellbeing, achievement and belonging at the heart of everything it does.

  • Supporting students with additional needs and barriers to learning

  • Working collaboratively with SEND, safeguarding and pastoral teams

  • Driving interventions to improve engagement and outcomes

  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies

  • Supporting staff with inclusive classroom practice and behaviour strategies

  • Promoting a positive and aspirational school culture
