A highly regarded primary school in the Brent area is searching for a confident and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join its Key Stage 2 team. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across Years 3-6. Your role will include assisting with classroom learning, leading small intervention groups, supporting literacy and numeracy development, preparing lesson resources and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The role includes:
Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position
Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2
Working hours of 08:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary between £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
Assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions
Gaining outstanding classroom experience within a supportive setting
Excellent preparation for future teacher training or educational careers

Candidate requirements:
Must hold a UK undergraduate degree with a 2:1 or above
Strong GCSE and A-Level results are essential
A degree in Education, English, Psychology, Humanities or another relevant subject is desirable
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude
Previous child-related experience is beneficial but not essential
Must have the right to work in the UK
