Salary: £28093 per annum

Help young people build stable futures
Herts Young Homeless (hyh) is looking for a compassionate and motivated Outreach Support Worker to join our new Outreach Service and help young people aged 18 to 24 access the support they need to prevent homelessness and sustain safe, secure accommodation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with young people who may be experiencing housing difficulties, be at risk of homelessness, or need support to maintain their tenancy. You will provide practical advice, guidance, and person-centred support while working collaboratively with partners across Hertfordshire to help young people achieve positive outcomes.
As part of a committed and supportive team, you will play a key role in helping young people develop the confidence, skills, and resilience needed to live independently and thrive.
