Senior Independent Advisor to the People Committee
Providing independent expertise, challenge and assurance on people, culture and organisational development matters.
The General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) is seeking to appoint an additional Senior Independent Advisor to its People Committee.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced people professional to bring independent insight, contemporary HR expertise and strategic challenge to a modern, inclusive and forward-looking healthcare regulator.
As a small organisation of around 30 employees, our people are our most important asset. We are entering a period of organisational transition, including changes to our working environment and ways of working, making effective people governance, oversight and assurance more important than ever.
The People Committee plays a vital role in providing oversight, scrutiny and assurance on workforce matters across the organisation. Working alongside Council members, you will bring senior-level people practice expertise, contemporary CIPD insight, benchmarking and independent challenge to support robust decision-making and effective governance.
