We're looking for a Level 3 Childcare Qualification Required to join a welcoming nursery school in Stratford. This is a full-time role supporting children across the Early Years and helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment.

The Role

As a Nursery School Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children across the Early Years within a nursery school setting
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
• Provide individual and small-group support where required
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Help monitor and record children's progress and next steps
• Support children with personal care where required
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers
• Work closely with teachers and Early Years practitioners
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Follow safeguarding and nursery policies at all times

Requirements

• Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification - essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery, Early Years or EYFS setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Caring, patient and proactive approach
• Confident supporting children aged 0-5
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
