Job Title: Pupil Support Administrator
Location: Hillingdon Manor School, Uxbridge, UB8 3HD
Salary: £29,500 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 38.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term- November 2027 | Term Time Only
Start: October 2026

About the Role
No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding position. You will work closely with pupils and families to identify and address attendance concerns, develop support plans, coordinate interventions and help create positive outcomes for vulnerable learners.
You'll be an important link between home and school, building trusted relationships with families, supporting reintegration following periods of absence, and working collaboratively with staff and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need to succeed.

At Hillingdon Manor, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 10 and 19. Located across two sites, our Secondary School supports around 125 students. Our students are taught in smaller class sizes and all students work towards a variety of qualifications dependent on their needs and ability.
The aim of the site is to provide enough support to unlock each pupil’s potential so they can live fulfilling and productive lives. We provide students with as much freedom as possible in a safe and supervised environment. This is achievable due to the dedication and support from a range of employed professionals who are passionate, reliable, and understanding.
For over 19 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
