Heathrow Up to £40,000 + 10% Shift Allowance 4 on 4 off

Our client is a leading freight forwarder based in the Heathrow area and is looking for an experienced AOG Operator to join their growing team.

This is a primarily Air Export-focused position, working on time-critical AOG shipments where speed, accuracy and strong communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing AOG shipments from booking through to delivery
• Handling primarily Air Export operations
• Coordinating urgent and time-critical shipments
• Liaising with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents and customers
• Preparing and checking export documentation
• Tracking shipments and providing regular updates
• Dealing with operational issues and resolving them quickly
• Ensuring all shipments are handled within strict deadlines

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within AOG, Air Freight or Air Export
• Strong understanding of air freight export procedures
• Experience handling time-critical shipments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Package

• £40,000 basic salary
• 10% shift allowance
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• Days or nights available
• Heathrow location
• Permanent position
