We are seeking graduates who:

• Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree in Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline

• Have achieved A-C grades at A-Level

• Hold strong GCSE qualifications, including English, Maths, and Science

• Possess excellent communication skills and strong subject knowledge

• Are enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to working with young people
