The Role

As an English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire students to develop strong reading, writing and analytical skills
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student progress and implement strategies to support achievement
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching English Language and Literature within UK secondary schools
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Are committed to helping students achieve their full potential
• Can build strong professional relationships with students, staff and parents
• Have a genuine passion for English and education
