The RoleAs a Junior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Supporting simple scheduling tasks, including booking meeting rooms and arranging internal meetings
- Assisting with the preparation of basic correspondence, forms, and spreadsheets
- Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and ensuring documents are accurately stored
- Providing data-entry support, including updating internal databases and processing records
- Monitoring shared inboxes and escalating urgent messages where required
- Supporting the preparation of meeting materials, including printing and collating documents
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues across departments
- Assisting with daily office duties, including sorting and distributing incoming post

Education & Experience- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A-C / 4-9 (essential)
- Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- No previous administration experience required - full training provided
- An eagerness to learn and develop within an office environment
