We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join a well-established and highly successful optical practice in North London. The Role

As a senior member of the dispensing team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice whilst delivering outstanding patient care and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing and advising patients on the best optical solutions
• Styling frames and recommending suitable lens options
• Carrying out pre-screening tests
• Conducting contact lens teaches
• Supporting the smooth running of the practice
• Assisting with reception and administration duties where required
• Handling children's dispensing and more complex cases
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Troubleshooting and resolving patient queries professionally and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

• Be a qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
• Be up to date with CET requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently
• Be confident working both independently and within a team
• Have strong dispensing knowledge and experience
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to continue developing
• Enjoy supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge within the team
