SAP SCM SD Consultant (SAP DRC / Colombia E-Invoicing)

Location: Remote

Rate: £545 per day (Inside IR35)
Travel: Occasional travel to London, 2-3 times per month

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM SD Consultant to support a major SAP programme. The successful consultant will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and support of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions, with a particular focus on Colombian e-invoicing requirements and DIAN integration.This is a specialist role requiring strong functional and technical expertise within SAP SD and statutory compliance reporting, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and integration specialists across a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions.
• Implement and maintain electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) processes in line with Colombian statutory requirements.
• Design and support integrations between SAP and DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales).
• Work with business and technical teams to ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP SD and DRC solutions.
• Support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide functional guidance and best practice recommendations across SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams in a global project environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working as an SAP SD Consultant / Package Specialist.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Experience configuring SAP e-Invoicing solutions.
• Demonstrable experience integrating SAP with DIAN Colombia.
• Strong understanding of statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience working within large-scale global SAP transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to international tax and e-invoicing frameworks.
