Your New Role
You will be joining a highly professional, friendly, and talented team who work to common goals and share success. Your duties will be to support customers with a first-class customer service journey, including - providing sales administrative support to key clients in line with service level agreements, Tasks relating to - Manage & support allocated helpdesk/s and their related portals, Work across quote logs, in preparation for customer billing, Prepare quotations and send them to customers. Promptly address and resolve customer enquiries, concerns, and issues. Raising Purchase Orders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer problems. Provide support to key account users as needed, including customer portals.
